*New* Valuation of Development vs Investment Real Estate Companies for Consus Real Estate AG (2019)

  • Presented company valuation models to compare the market pricing of listed development and investment companies in the real estate industry. White paper jointly presented with Consus during a major European real estate business conference.

*New* Legal & General Fund Management Reporting System (2008-10)

  • Analysed market segmentation and stylised characteristics of real estate investment to design a new performance measurement and fund management reporting system (using radar diagrams and other intuitive and visual tools to support fund managers in their decisional process)

*New* Business Line for MSCI/IPD (2003-12)

  • Designed and introduced a new Real Estate Benchmarking Service in Italy inviting and engaging with 10+ fund management houses initially (now at 80%+ market share).

  • Created and chaired the Italian Valuation Committee involving the key real estate valuers (90%+ of market share) and organising an annual conference with 100+ attendees

*New* Jones Lang LaSalle Real Estate Style Index (2001)

  • Creation of the JLL Real Estate Style Indices (value vs growth) still reported and used for fund management purposes to date

Business Associations
​

*New* INREV-Henley Partnership Certificate for Non-Listed Real Estate Investment (2016)

  • Negotiated and structured a partnership between Henley Business School and INREV (European association of unlisted funds investing in real estate) to establish the INREV-Henley Certificate for Non-Listed Real Estate Investment for professionals attending executive training designed by Henley and offered by INREV. Two streams are available: Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management. The completion of each stream gives certificate holders the possibility to obtain exemptions (20 credits each) to complete an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment at Henley Business School.

*New* Bank of Italy Supervisory Process for the Real Estate Fund Industry (2011)

  • Redefined supervisory framework and trained 25+ inspectors to adopt a new supervisory process using more structured information sets and adopting a scrutiny for investment decisions made by real estate funds.

*New* Henley DBA Program (2020)

  • Introduced a brand new DBA Program program structure at Henley Business School building on a successful track record requiring .

*New* Double PhD Programmes (2019)

  • Established of three programmes between Henley and Copenhagen Business School (Denmark), MGIMO (Russia) and Politecnico Milano (Italy)

*New* Henley PhD by Publications Programme (2018)
  • Introduced programme to facilitate research active faculty members without a doctorate to obtain a PhD by Publications. The first candidate graduated within a year.
​

*New* PhD Programme (1+3) with taught component during first year  (2012)

  • Designed and introduced a new PhD structure including a taught component. This initiative within the Department of Real Estate and Planning was soon followed to form the current Henley PhD programme.​

*New* MSc Real Estate Finance (2009)

  • Design and implementation of a new Master programme offered jointly with ICMA, Department of Finance (Students number: 32). Initially called MSc Finance & Real Estate

*New* REP Research Seminar Series (2007)
