Presented company valuation models to compare the market pricing of listed development and investment companies in the real estate industry. White paper jointly presented with Consus during a major European real estate business conference.

Analysed market segmentation and stylised characteristics of real estate investment to design a new performance measurement and fund management reporting system (using radar diagrams and other intuitive and visual tools to support fund managers in their decisional process)

*New* INREV-Henley Partnership Certificate for Non-Listed Real Estate Investment (2016)

Negotiated and structured a partnership between Henley Business School and INREV (European association of unlisted funds investing in real estate) to establish the INREV-Henley Certificate for Non-Listed Real Estate Investment for professionals attending executive training designed by Henley and offered by INREV. Two streams are available: Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management. The completion of each stream gives certificate holders the possibility to obtain exemptions (20 credits each) to complete an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment at Henley Business School.
